Uber Eats

To keep you happy, not hungry, and in a general good mood, we decided to establish a partnership with Uber Eats.

Once per week, you can pick one of the many dishes that are available up to 12,50EUR. So, if you go at least one day per week, you will have the lunch paid by the company.

The procedure is very simple:

• We will add everyone’s 25Friday email to the business account. You will need to verify the email and associate it with your personal UberEats account
• When you access your account in Uber Eats and choose the food you want, in the payment screen you’ll have the option to use the corporate balance value (in this case it will be 12,50EUR)
• If the total amount exceeds the budget you can pay for the remainder with your own payment method (e.g. CoverFlex)
• Be aware that it’s not OK to transfer your amount/benefit to other people, in case you’re not at the office, or even order food for others
• Don’t forget to add 25Friday NIF/VAT number and ask for the invoice in the message box

This budget is intended exclusively for meals at the office when you come in. The goal is to have lunch and connect with your direct or cross-functional team.

See below some of the guidelines:

• The budget must be used via the Uber Eats platform.
• It cannot be used outside of the office context.
