Meet & Greet

This initiative was designed to give our new joiners a warm and personal welcome before their first official day!

What’s the goal?

• Connect our new joiner with the whole team during their first visit to the office, when they pick up their equipment.

How it works?

• We expect the whole team to be in the office when the new joiner arrives to ensure everyone gets to know each other in person (the recruitment team will take the lead in organizing this moment)
• Each person has a budget of max. 10€ to enjoy a meal together.
• The Team Captain/Coach will cover the expense and submit it through Spendesk with the company VAT.
• If the total cost exceeds 10€ per person, any additional amount will need to be covered individually.
