Home Office Support

Every new employee has access to a max budget of 150€ to spend on home-office equipment.

How to apply?

  • The allowance can only be used after the probation period (6 months)

  • You need to ask for your Team Coach’s approval

  • Expense <= 150€

    • You need to contact the Operations Team to buy the specific item and send it to your home address.
  • Expense > 150€

    • Contact the Operations Team to upload the 150€ to the Coverflex wallet.
    • You will have to buy the item yourself and include the 25Friday NIF.
    • Upload the invoice via Coverflex and ask for reimbursement of 150€.
    • Once the expense is approved, the money is transferred from Coverflex to your bank account.

Note that this is a one-time allowance; any unused budget will not be available after the initial purchase is made. The benefit expires after 1 year of employment.

What is not allowed?

  • Anything that is not related to ergonomic equipment (mobile phones, tablets, TVs, hardware equipment like SSDs, graphics cards, etc.)
