Ergonomics Allowance

Every new employee has access to a max budget of 150€ to spend in home-office ergonomics equipment.

How to apply?

  • The allowance can only be used after the probation period (6 months)

  • You need to ask your Team Coach approval

  • Expense <= 150€

    • You need to contact the Operations Team to buy the specific item and send it to your home address.
  • Expense > 150€

    • Contact the Operations Team to upload the 150€ to the Coverflex wallet.
    • You will have to buy the expense by yourself and put the 25Friday NIF.
    • Upload the invoice via Coverflex and ask for reimbursement of 150€.
    • Once the expense is approved, the money is transferred from Coverflex to your bank account.

Note this a one-time allowance, any unused budget will not be available after the initial purchase is made. The benefit expires after 1 year of employment.

What is not allowed?

  • Anything that is not related to ergonomics equipment (Mobile phones, Tablets, TVs, Hardware equipment like SSDs, Graphics Cards, etc)
