Bonuses

This section outlines the existing bonus policies and conditions.

In general, bonus amounts are calculated as company costs (before all taxes). The net amount received may vary based on how the bonus is paid and its intended use.

There are 3 main methods for bonus payment:

Please note that, once a payment method is selected and the funds are disbursed, this decision cannot be reversed (i.e. we cannot take money from you).

Bonuses are only applicable to employees who are not in the process of leaving the company.

Examples

  • Tenure bonus:

    • I am sending my resignation letter before the 30th of August. You will not receive bonus.
    • I am sending my resignation letter before the 30th of September. If the bonus has been paid, you keep the bonus, otherwise no.
    • I am sending my resignation letter before the 1st of October. I will receive the bonus.
  • Referral bonus:

    • I am sending my resignation letter before the employee trial period is over. Do I get the bonus? No

Referral Bonus

As you know, one of our key priorities is to reward your outstanding performance and the dedication you bring to driving our company forward. Recruitment plays a crucial role in our success, impacting the entire organization. To encourage internal referrals, we have the following bonus structure:

As you can see in the above table, after a successful hiring, you will get a total of 650€ in case of a Junior profile or 1150€ for the other remaining cases.

The main bonus is paid by the end of the new hire’s trial period if he stays with the company afterward.

How to apply?

  • You can either talk directly with one member of the Recruitment Team via slack or send the reference via email to the HR Team.

What happens if I resign from 25Friday before the referral’s trial period ends?

  • You will not be eligible for the bonus.

Tenure Bonus

25Friday rewards employees who stay with us for long periods, meaning that we distribute a bonus to everyone with a tenure of at least 9 months at the semestral vesting date. The bonus isn’t directly connected to each individual’s performance and is not applicable if the employee is in the process of leaving the company.
