Salary reviews are dependent on the Performance Reviews and happen in January after the 360 performance review.
The engineering team has 4 salary ranges depending on the assessment based on the competency framework.

If, for any reason, your salary is not aligned with your competency level, it will be aligned at the next eligible salary review. Each year, the company re-evaluates these values and updates them according to market and our clients expectations (if necessary).
Meal allowance is set to optimize taxation to the current legal maximum of 10,20€ per working day.
