As soon as a partner visit is scheduled for a local office, please let the local Office Manager know as soon as possible so that they can ensure that the partners are well-received and have all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and productive stay. This includes arranging for lunch, drinks, and snacks at the office so that you can spend quality time with your team and partners.
In a team with a Team Captain, we kindly ask that the Team Captain take the lead on this. Otherwise, any other team member can take responsibility for making sure that the partners are welcome at the office.
