Amazon Purchasing

For the purpose of Coverflex expenses, it is possible to use Amazon shops from the EU, provided that the seller issues a valid VAT invoice. Purchases without a valid invoice (including 25Friday’s VAT ID) will not be considered.

Steps to add 25Friday’s VAT ID to Amazon (from any EU country):

• Create an Amazon account and sign in
• Go to Tax registrations page (e.g. https://www.amazon.es/tax/registrations/view)
• Add a new registration and wait for Amazon approval (company legal information to use https://handbook.25friday.com/operations/companyinfo/)
• After approval, the account is ready for usage

Making a purchase:

• Make sure that the item offers a downloadable invoice. Amazon fulfilled products should not be an issue;
• Purchase as usual, the VAT will be removed from the amount during the checkout process. If not, this item likely does not have a downloadable invoice and should not be purchased.

After the purchase:

• Go to your purchase history and download the invoice.
• Submit the invoice to Coverflex for refund.
