At 25Friday, we recognize the importance of effective communication, especially in a remote working environment. To facilitate smoother collaboration and enhance teamwork, we are committed to supporting those who wish to improve their spoken English skills.

How to Apply for English Lessons:

  • Initial Discussion: Start by discussing your interest in enhancing your English skills with your team coach. This conversation is an opportunity to express your needs and understand how these lessons can align with your professional development goals.
  • Approval Process: Upon receiving approval from your team coach, the next step is to get in touch with Sílvia to coordinate with the English teacher and schedule your classes.

To ensure fairness, efficiency, and commitment, it’s important to follow a few basic guidelines to help maintain responsibility, commitment, respect for the teacher’s time, and a structured learning environment that benefits everyone.

  • Advance Notice: If an employee cannot attend a lesson, he/she must notify at least 24 hours, in advance.
  • Consecutive Absences: Missing three consecutive lessons without prior notice will result in the cancellation of participation in English lessons.
  • Lesson Format:
    • For employees with similar proficiency levels, lessons will prioritize group sessions to encourage interaction and collaborative learning.
    • For employees with a lower proficiency level, individual lessons will be provided to ensure a tailored approach and focused improvement.

Please remember that these hours are counted within your allocated training time.
