Employee Lifecycle Feedback
Periodic performance reviews are split into two types:
- Quarterly feedback
- Yearly 360 review
Quarterly feedback is a less formal moment, where we ask the client to assess the progress of each team member to understand points for improvements and be able to timely react to any issue that might arise.
The 360 review is a more in depth performance review with the following timeline:
December:
- We will send a google form to the each client asking for performance feedback;
- Team members at 25Friday from the same client will have the opportunity to review their peers;
- The employees that joined after 31st of August will have the same 360 feedback process but won’t result in a salary increase in January and will instead be used as feedback for the salary reviews of July.
January:
- We will set a meeting with all clients to review and discuss the feedback of each team members;
- The management team will review all feedback and discuss what would be the salary adjustment according with the received feedback (if applicable);
- The salary raises will be communicated before the end of January and eventual increases will be applied immediately in January.
February:
- The process to set new goals will be defined in the same format as the last year;
- Each employee will have their own Goals (based on feedback and personal ambitions);
- Company KPIs will also be part of the goals for each employee.
