Something that makes us proud on 25Friday is our team spirit and work environment. However, this is only possible when respect for one another exists. Each of us has their own beliefs, tastes, needs, ideas, that is, we are all the same … but we are all different.
Keep that in mind in your relationship with your colleagues and customers. Conflicts are part of life, whether personal or professional, but it is up to each of us to deal with them. If any situation is particularly not to your liking, be assertive right from the start. If necessary, ask your Coach or HR Partner for help to jointly resolve the situation.
Working for a professional organisation means that you should be representative in all communication that you initiate or that you reply to.
25Friday seeks, within its possibilities, to guarantee the best working conditions to its employees, providing the necessary equipment and tools, as well as providing a comfortable and safe workspace, so that it is possible to perform our functions in the best way possible.
It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure and preserve the general condition of the equipment provided and our facilities.
If you need special equipment or tools, or if you have some suggestion that you consider it can be a plus for everyone in our facilities, please talk to your Coach or HR partner.
All laptops, equipment and accessories are 25Friday property and are provided to 25Friday employees for a period of time as deemed appropriate by 25Friday.
Employees shall exercise appropriate professional judgment when using 25Friday laptop computers, equipment and accessories, and they are also responsible for protecting the assigned equipment from loss or theft and the information it contains.
As a condition for the use of the equipment assigned, employees must comply with the following:
We expect everyone to be responsible regarding business trips, which means:
Be punctual and prepared: Arrive on time, at the correct location, and with all necessary travel documentation, such as a passport, visa, or vaccination record. Make sure to leave ample time for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, security lines, or flight delays.
Confirm reservations: Double check all reservation information, such as flight times, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements. Ensure that all necessary bookings and arrangements are made in advance, such as rental cars, train tickets, or conference registrations. If there are any issues or changes to your travel plans, inform your supervisor or travel coordinator as soon as possible.
Stay organized: Keep all important travel documents, such as your itinerary, boarding passes, and hotel confirmations, in a safe and easily accessible place, such as a travel folder or mobile app.
Be responsible for your actions: If you miss a flight due to your own negligence, such as arriving too late or going to the wrong airport, you will be responsible for any costs associated with rebooking or rescheduling your travel arrangements.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure a successful and stress-free business trip, while also demonstrating responsible behavior as a representative of 25Friday.
In addition to these provisions, everyone is expected to follow the Security Policies in place.
