When to Complete?

  • Try to do it at least weekly, otherwise it may be hard to keep track of hours spent on the different tasks
  • We need all Timesheets correctly booked by the end of each week

Important Remarks

  • It’s important to book 8 hours per day and a total of 40 hours per week.
  • You don’t need to be strictly accurate on the hours
    • For example: if you work 8h10m or 7h50m, just put 8 hours.
  • In case you work less than 8 hours in one day and then compensate those hours in another day, just put 8 hours in those days.
    • Only applies for a couple of hours differences (up to 2 hours)
    • If you need to take a whole morning or afternoon off, this needs to be discussed/approved with your coach
